Brabus Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet, 2011

Brabus Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet, 2011

Exclusive, sporty and highly individual: These three attributes best describe the Brabus custom program for the new Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet that will be available in time for the car's market launch. As for all other Mercedes models Brabus offers an extensive product lineup for the Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet that leaves nothing to be desired. The lineup features engine tuning, including the Brabus 6.1 capacity engine with 462 hp (456 bhp) / 340 kW of power, a dynamically styled aerodynamic-enhancement program, custom-tailored wheels with diameters ranging from 17 to 20 inches, corresponding sport suspensions and striking interior options.

The Brabus engine specialists unleash the true power inherent in the common-rail turbodiesel engines and CGI BlueEFFICIENCY direct-injection gasoline engines with ECO PowerXtra performance kits.
The Brabus ECO Power Extra D4 power kit bumps rated power output of the four-cylinder turbodiesel engine of the E 250 CDI BlueEFFICIENCY model from standard 204 hp (201 bhp) / 150 kW to 235 hp (232 bhp) / 173 kW. Simultaneously peak torque grows to 560 Nm (413 lb-ft).

The Brabus ECO PowerXtra D6 (III) module for the six-cylinder turbodiesel engine of the E 350 CDI BlueEFFICIENCY model bumps power output to 272 hp (268 bhp) / 200 kW and peak torque to 590 Nm (435 lb-ft).

Brabus ECO PowerXtra CGI tuning increases power output of the E 250 CGI BlueEFFICIENCY gasoline model from standard 204 hp (201 bhp) / 150 kW to 230 hp (227 bhp) / 169 kW at a low 5,500 rpm. Peak torque jumps from 310 Nm to 350 Nm (229 to 258 lb-ft).
In the E 350 CGI BlueEFFICIENCY model with direct-injection gasoline engine Brabus tuning provides an additional 18 hp (18 bhp) / 13.2 kW.

The most powerful Brabus option for the Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet is the Brabus 6.1 capacity engine. The V8 engine of the E 500 (US: E550) model is modified extensively. A steel billet crankshaft with longer stroke, larger cylinder bore and correspondingly larger pistons affect a displacement increase from 5.5 to 6.1 liters (336 to 372 cubic inch). The engine conversion further includes four-valve cylinder heads optimized for mixture flow, installation of special camshafts and the Brabus stainless-steel sport exhaust system with high-performance metal catalysts. Custom-programmed engine electronics ensure the precise interaction of all new components.

Like all Brabus engines the Brabus 6.1 capacity engine is lubricated exclusively with ARAL high-performance synthetic motor oil. It produces a rated power output of 462 hp (456 bhp) / 340 kW and a peak torque of 615 Nm (453 lb-ft) at a low 3,100 rpm. Powered by this engine, the Brabus Mercedes-Benz E-Class convertible sprints from rest to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.7 seconds and reaches a top speed of 300 km/h (186 mph). This level of performance places the tuned Brabus Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet firmly among the world's fastest four-seater soft-top cars.

Brabus backs all components with the one-of-a-kind Brabus Tuning Warranty of three years, up to 100,000 kilometers / 62,000 miles.
Stainless-steel Brabus sport exhaust systems are available for all E-Class models and offer optimized power yield, a sporty exhaust note and striking looks with four exhaust tips.

To lend the new convertible an even more breathtaking appearance the Brabus designers have developed a sporty yet elegant aerodynamic-enhancement package manufactured from high-quality Pur-R-Rim plastics in OEM quality. The Brabus front spoiler features integrated LED daytime running lights and lends the Mercedes an even more succinct frontal appearance. But that's not all: This aerodynamic component also reduces unwanted lift on the front axle at high speed.

The side view receives some added pizzazz with Brabus front sport fenders with integrated air openings. The Brabus rear valance with centrally mounted reflector and custom cutouts left and right provides the perfect backdrop for the Brabus quad sport exhaust. The understated Brabus rear spoiler is essential for the car's excellent aerodynamic balance at high speeds.

One-piece or multi-piece Brabus Monoblock alloy wheels with diameters of 17, 18 or 19 inches round out the exclusive Brabus look. The largest tire/wheel combination for the Mercedes-Benz E-Class Cabriolet features Brabus Monoblock VI, E, Q or S wheels in size 8.5Jx19 on the front axle and in size 9.5Jx19 in back. The optimal high-performance tires come from Pirelli and YOKOHAMA in size 235/35 ZR 19 in front and up to size 275/30 ZR 19 on the rear axle. 20-inch Brabus wheels will be available for the new Mercedes E-Class Cabriolet in the near future.

The Brabus suspension solutions are calibrated specifically to the use with these sporty low-profile tires. The available options range from sport springs, which lower the ride height of the two-door by some 30 millimeters (1.2 inches), to height-adjustable coil-over suspensions with variable damper rates.

Maximum active safety is also a top priority when it comes to brakes: Various Brabus high-performance brake systems are available including the top-of-the-line version with six-piston aluminum fixed calipers and 360-mm (14.2 inches) vented and perforated discs on the front axle and four-piston aluminum fixed calipers in the rear.

Brabus wood inlays add a special flair of exclusivity. Special production techniques allow these inlays to be manufactured in any color imaginable with polished, matte or open-pore surface finishes.
The Brabus upholstery shop transforms especially soft yet durable Brabus Mastik leather and Alcantara into gorgeous interiors according to customers' personal color and design preferences.

Brabus E V12 Coupe, 2010

Brabus E V12 Coupe, 2010

At the Geneva Motor Show 2010 the Brabus E V12 Coupe celebrates its world debut as the world's fastest Gran Tourismo. Based on the new Mercedes E-Class Coupe, Brabus builds a luxurious 2+2-seater in small-series production. It is powered by a Brabus SV12 R Biturbo 800 twelve-cylinder displacement engine that produces 800 hp (788 bhp) / 588 kW of power and a peak torque of 1,420 Nm (1,047 lb-ft). Brabus accepted by the German Federal Vehicle Registration Agency (Kraftfahrtbundesamt) as an automobile manufacturer, offers this high-performance automobile capable of reaching speeds in excess of 370 km/h (230 mph) starting at 478,000 Euros MSRP.

Like the fourth-generation Brabus E V12 sedan the new E V12 Coupe is powered by a Brabus SV12 R Biturbo 800 displacement engine. Drawing upon decades of experience in developing and building high-performance vehicles the twelve-cylinder engine was fitted into the engine bay of the two-door E-Class.

The basis for this engine is the twelve-cylinder twin-turbo engine from the latest Mercedes 600 models. Displacement of the engine is increased from 5.5 to 6.3 liters (336 to 384 cu. in.) with the help of a special crankshaft, larger cylinder bore and correspondingly larger pistons. Both three-valve cylinder heads are optimized for mixture flow, and fitted with sport camshafts.
Brabus E V12 Coupe

Underneath the custom-made hood with integrated carbon-fiber RAM airbox is space for a completely newly developed air intake system. This twin-turbo system was designed from the ground up for the new E V12 generation. It includes two custom high-performance headers with integrated turbochargers and four water-to-air intercoolers. The stainless-steel high-performance exhaust system with free-flow metal catalysts was also custom-tailored for the confined space under the E-Class Coupe.

In addition, the Brabus engine specialists have developed a precision engine management system that controls injection, ignition and driving dynamics systems. The result is an optimal combination of impressive power yield and eco-friendly emissions that meet strict EURO IV exhaust limits.

The Brabus SV12 R Biturbo 800 engine is lubricated with high-tech motor oil from technology partner ARAL. It produces a rated power output of 800 hp (788 bhp) / 588 kW at 5,500 rpm. The even more impressive peak torque of 1,420 Nm (1,047 lb-ft), available already at a low 2,100 rpm, is limited electronically to 1,100 Nm (811 lb-ft).

Power is transferred to the rear wheels via a reinforced five-speed automatic transmission and a Brabus high-performance limited-slip differential. The Brabus E V12 comes standard with state-of-the-art driving stability programs that can be deactivated at the push of a button.

Performance of the coupe is as exceptional as that of the four-door model: The Brabus E V12 Coupe sprints from 0 - 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.7 seconds, to 200 km/h (124 mph) in 9.9 seconds, and reaches 300 km/h (186 mph) after a mere 23.9 seconds. For street-legal use the top speed of the Gran Tourismo is limited electronically to 350 km/h (217 mph). Without the limiter the two-door twelve-cylinder car is capable of speeds in excess of 370 km/h (230 mph).

This extreme performance also places highest demands on the vehicle's aerodynamic properties. The Brabus designers went into the wind tunnel to develop a body conversion kit made from high-strength yet especially lightweight carbon fiber. The kit combines sporty design and aerodynamic efficiency to perfection.

The Brabus front was designed to reduce lift on the front axle and to provide all radiators of the V12 with an optimal supply of cooling air. Air outlets in the sides route the air quickly away from the heat exchangers. Another important design feature was to provide the front brakes with cooling air. Integrated LED daytime running lights further increase active safety.

A wider track means better directional stability at high speeds. Because of that Brabus has developed special carbon-fiber sport fenders with integrated air vents for the front axle. Special carbon-fiber rear fenders add 60 millimeters (2.4 in.) to the width of the coupe on the rear axle. The Brabus E V12 Coupe runs on especially wide wheels fitted with high-performance tires from Pirelli or YOKOHAMA. The 19-inch combination is perfect for the enormous top speed the car is capable of. The wheels are 9.5 inches and 10 inches wide and customers can choose from Brabus Monoblock designs VI, E, Q and S. Tires in size 265/30 ZR 19 are mounted on the front axle. Size 285/30 ZR 19 tires on the rear axle provide optimal traction.

Rocker panels with integrated illuminated Brabus logo and LED entrance lights route the air stream along the sides with minimum turbulence. They also lend the two-door car a longer, sleeker appearance.

The Brabus rear apron with carbon-fiber diffuser features a centrally mounted reflector and custom-tailored cutouts on either side for the Brabus quad sport exhaust system. The Brabus rear spoiler is essential for well-balanced aerodynamics at high speed.

To make the Brabus E V12 Coupe not only a superior road warrior but upon request also an extremely sporty racer on the track the suspension was completely redesigned. The redesign includes special suspension components on front and rear axle that offer a wider range of individual suspension settings.

These measures are complemented by a Brabus coil-over suspension that features a multitude of selectable settings for bound and rebound. The shock absorbers on the front and rear axle feature ten selectable settings for bound and rebound. The ride height has an adjustment range of 35 millimeters (1.4 inches). Sport sway bars can further minimize body roll during fast cornering.

The Brabus high-performance brake system meets the toughest demands, on the road or on the track. The front axle features 12-piston aluminum fixed calipers and vented and grooved steel brake discs measuring 380 x 37 millimeters (15.0 x 1.5 inches). The rear axle stops on six-piston aluminum fixed calipers gripping discs measuring 360 x 28 millimeters (14.2 x 1.1 inches). The Brabus high-performance brake system incorporates all functions of the standard Brake Assist system of the Mercedes E-Class.

The interior combines sporty character with luxurious ambiance. An ergonomically shaped sport steering wheel is part of the equipment list of the Brabus E V12 Coupe as are sport seats upholstered with the finest leather. The seats provide excellent seating comfort and lateral support.

Geneva 2011: Brabus 700 Biturbo is One Mean Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG

The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG is the car most tuners wanted to put their mark on at this year's Geneva Motor Show. Brabus of course, couldn't miss out on this party, so here's what they came up with: a 700 horsepower wide-body version of an already impressive supercar.

Called the 700 Biturbo, Brabus' iteration of the SLS AMG received the Widestar treatment, which means the car is 20 millimeters (0.8 in.) wider at the back, creating the necessary space for the extra wide 11Jx21 wheels (9.5Jx20 on the front).

Brabus says the entire body was subjected to aerodynamic tunnel tests to ensure the car is stable at high speeds. The front spoiler, the covers for the air inlets, the gills, the rear spoiler and the diffuser are all made from carbon-fiber and contrast the silver paint of the 700 Biturbo. Brabus also added carbon side skirts fitted with air vents for the rear brakes.

Brabus Super C-Class W204: BULLIT with 720hp & 1320Nm!

Famed Mercedes-Benz tuner and customiser, BRABUS, has transplanted its ultra-hyper SV 12 S Biturbo engine into the latest W204 C-Class resulting a super high performance sedan called BULLIT.

Over the past three decades BRABUS has perfected the art of transplanting large and extremely powerful engines into the bodies of small cars. That path led to numerous world records and entries into the Guinness Book of World Records. The BRABUS BULLIT, built in small-series production based on the new Mercedes C-Class sedan, celebrates its world debut at the Frankfurt International Motor Show 2007 as the ultimate wolf in sheeps clothing.

At the heart of this super saloon BRABUS placed an engine originally designed for the worlds fastest sedan, the BRABUS ROCKET. The implantation of the 6.3L powerhouse into the confines of the W 204 series body is yet more proof for the superiority of BRABUS know-how.

The BRABUS SV12 S Biturbo engine is produced entirely in-house in the state-of-the-art BRABUS engine building shop. Displacement increase to 6.3L with special crankshaft plus longer stroke, enlarged cylinder bore with corresponding larger pistons. Both cylinder heads feature flow-optimized ports and special camshafts. Two high-performance turbochargers with special exhaust manifolds; more efficient intercooling system and BRABUS stainless-steel high-performance exhaust system with low-back-pressure metal catalysts. Newly programmed mapping for engine electronics and on-board diagnostics made these all possible.

The turbocharged twelve-cylinder engine lubricated like all BRABUS high-performance engines with ARAL Synthetic motor oil delivers 730ps (720hp) / 537kW of superlative power and 1,320Nm (974 lb-ft) of superlative peak torque. The latter is limited electronically in-car to 1,100Nm (811 lb-ft).

Power is transferred to the rear wheels via a massively modified five-speed automatic transmission and a BRABUS rear locking differential with a locking rate of up to 40 percent. It is available with two different final drive ratios.

The performance figures for the BRABUS BULLIT is ultimate in its class: The executive rocket sprints from 0 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.9 seconds, reaches 200 km/h (124 mph) after just 10.49 seconds and shatters the 300-km/h (186 mph) barrier after a mere 24.5 seconds. Top speed is more than 360 km/h (224 mph). There are only a very few super sports cars in the world that can hope to match these numbers.

Such performance places special demands on aerodynamic properties, suspension and brakes. Its extra-muscular body was optimized for runs beyond 300 km/h (186mph) in the wind tunnel. Those aggressive arches make room for especially wide BRABUS wheels and YOKOHAMA ADVAN high-performance tyres. The BULLIT runs on size 9.5Jx19 BRABUS Monoblock S light-alloy wheels and size 265/30 ZR 19 tyres on the steering axle. The rear axle features 10Jx19 wheels with size 285/30 ZR 19 tyres.

The suspension too was custom-developed to handle super-power and the weight of the twin-turbo V12 engine. The sporty yet comfortable height-adjustable BRABUS coil-over suspension features ten selectable settings each for bound and rebound, and ensures safe handling in all driving situations. Sport sway bars reduce body roll during fast cornering to a minimum.

The BRABUS high-performance brake system can handle even the most extreme stress. It features 12-piston aluminium fixed calipers on the front axle that grip vented and grooved 380 x 37 mm (15 x 1.46 inches) brake discs. The rear axle stops with 360 x 28 mm (14.2 x 1.1 inches) discs and six-piston aluminium fixed calipers.

BRABUS SV12 S Biturbo Coupe with 730hp and 1320Nm!

With the SV12 S Biturbo Coupe, BRABUS presents the world's fastest and most powerful coupe. Its highlights are 730hp/537 kW of power, 1,320Nm of torque and a top speed of 340km/h!

At the heart of this exclusive automobile is the BRABUS SV12 S Biturbo engine. It is based on the turbocharged Mercedes-Benz CL 600's twelve-cylinder and represents the most powerful street-legal V12 motor in the world. Installing a special BRABUS crankshaft with longer stroke, combined with a bigger bore and correspondingly resized forged pistons, increases displacement from 5.5 to 6.3L. Further engine modifications also include precision machining the cylinder heads and fitting them with four special camshafts.

In addition, the engine peripherals are also modified extensively. The modifications include special exhaust manifolds, two larger turbochargers, a high-efficiency intercooler and a high performance exhaust system with metal catalysts plus low back pressure. Extensive bench tests determined the new programming for the engine electronics that not only maximizes horsepower but also ensures that the engine meets stringent Euro IV emission limits.

Performance figures of the BRABUS SV12 S Biturbo displacement engine speak volumes: A rated power output of 730 hp/537 kW at 5,100 rpm is just as extraordinary as a peak torque of 1,320 Nm at just 2,100 rpm! On the road, peak torque is limited electronically to 1,100 Nm. Power is transferred to the rear wheels via a modified five-speed automatic transmission. An optionally available BRABUS locking differential optimizes traction. All BRABUS drive train elements are operated with ARAL high-performance lubricants.

The BRABUS S V12 S Biturbo coupe is not just the most powerful; it is also the fastest street-legal of its kind. It rockets from standstill to 100km/h in 4.0 secs, reaches 200km/h after just 11.9seconds and continues to sprint to an electronically limited top speed of 340km/h.

The enormous performance of the BRABUS SV12 S Biturbo coupe places exceptionally high demands on the aerodynamic-enhancement parts, which thankfully were developed in a wind tunnel. The sophisticated shape of the BRABUS front apron reduces lift on the front axle and improves engine and front brake cooling due to its large air inlet. Integrated fog lamps and high beams lend the car a characteristic appearance and further improve active safety by optimizing illumination of the road.

The BRABUS rocker panels optimize the airflow along the sides and feature integrated entrance lights for safe entering and exiting of the vehicle in the dark. The BRABUS rear apron sports custom-tailored cut-outs for the BRABUS quad-sport exhaust. Three LED lights integrated into the apron are also activated via the keyless fob. An understated rear spoiler rounds out the sophisticated BRABUS aerodynamics concept, and reduces lift on the rearaxle for further improved directional stability at high speeds.

The enormous performance of the BRABUS SV12 S Biturbo coupe is kept safely in check at all times, thanks to custom-tailored solutions for tyres, suspension and brakes. Among them are BRABUS Monoblock light-alloy wheels with diameters of 18, 19, 20 or 21 inches. The largest tyre/wheel combination features BRABUS Monoblock VI and E wheels in sizes 9Jx21 in front and 10.5Jx21 on the rear axle. The largest corresponding tyres are size 265/30 ZR21 in front and size 295/30 ZR21 in the rear.

BRABUS recommends Pirelli and YOKOHAMA high-performance tyres. The BRABUS module for the standard ABC suspension is specifically calibrated to these high-performance tyres, and lowers the ride height by some 25 millimeters. For further optimized active safety the BRABUS SV12 S Biturbo coupe can be equipped with the BRABUS high-performance brake system. Maximum fade-free stopping power is provided on the front axle by 380 x 36 millimeter discs and 12-piston aluminium fixed calipers. The rear features 355 x 28 millimeter discs and 6-piston aluminum fixed calipers.

BRABUS also fulfills any requests imaginable when it comes to exclusive interior options. The list of products ranges from scuff plates with illuminated BRABUS logo or an ergonomically shaped sport steering wheel to an exclusive customized interior crafted from soft yet durable BRABUS Mastik leather and the finest Alcantara.

Brabus CLS B7 Test Drive

By Dr Long

Mention the word coupe, a two-door sedan comes to mind. That isuntil 2004 when DaimlerChrysler threw a spanner in the works by introducing a 4-door coupe in the form of Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class. Come to think of it, they had actually done this before blurring the lines of distinction of a body form when they tagged their C-Class hatchback a coupe!

Well, so much for nomenclature. Imagine the enthusiasm when Naza-Brabus invited me to review their tuned and kitted version: the CLS B7. Brabus is after all a respectable tuning house with a good 29 years of expertise re-working on numerous 3-pointed stars and counting...

This stunning Mercedes-Benz C219 shares the same 2854mm E-Class wheelbase, albeit with longer overhangs - especially at the front making it longer by about 105mm. The CLS is also wider, for both tracks and body making it visually larger than the W211.
Looking sleek and menacing in black, the B7s flared front wheel arches runs backwards into a distinctive band just below the beltline, culminating in a very shapely arc to the rear. Within the wheel arches lurks massive Brabus Monoblock VI dual-spoke design alloys: 8.5J x 19. Chromed window surrounds making a comeback in most new MB models lends a highlight of classy elegance to the roof-window arch and beltline. Interiorly, the dashboard looks more British than Teutonic, with a big chunk of wood splashed across it. Instruments panel looks like they come right off the E-Class production line save for the bulging pods layout with distinctive chrome rings. Similarly, parts like the Thermotronic A/C controls, power windows switches, column stalks, dash buttons, radio-CD, door handles and ashtrays are very familiar looking too. Conversely, the new-design four spoke steering wheel goes into the E-Class facelift.

Window sills are higher than the normal Mercedes saloons, but its nowhere claustrophobic inside, even with the lower ceiling. Seating position is low, snug and comfortable. My burly frame also fitted in the rear rather well, despite being less spacious than the E-Class. Ingress and egress to the rear which sits only two may be hindered by the sloping door aperture. Boot is also less capacious than the W211 Brabus K4 (500 vs. 530litres); obviously style dictating form over function.

Popping up the shapely bonnet revealed a very neat engine cover, highlighted by a racing-red V-shape border with a central B insignia and Brabus B7 inscriptions bilaterally. Nestled underneath is Mercedes M272 engine in V6 configuration with a displacement of 3498cc, churning out 287bhp and 360Nm (as opposed to the standard 272bhp/350Nm). The same motor can be found in the SLK350, S350, R350 as well as the new ML350. One notable relic in this new generation Merc is the SBC brake module plus its paraphernalia. Surprisingly still standard equipment here, despite some patchy reliability issues associated with this electro-hydraulic brake system in the W211s.

Firing up the ignition button on the gear knob, the normally aspirated quad-cam 24-valves motor comes alive with a purr. Run this V6 along with the superbly smooth 7-G Tronic auto box, the engines sporty note almost guttural but somewhat muted is simply lovely as it stretches past the 6000 rpm mark. The Brabus Sports exhaust sounded quite Porsche-like with its deep-bassy growls. But after a long drive, its decidedly better NOT to have this show-off quad exhaust ports in place of the OE bi-ovals, as these mufflers can boomingly tired out your eardrums!

The engine is responsive and willing. It pushes meaningfully from 2000rpm onwards, not due any inherent lag from the powerplant but likely due to the inertia of this 1.75 tonne beast. Gun it past 2500rpm (and thats no sweat) you get dollops of big V6 torque, resulting in a broad band of effortless acceleration. Power delivery is delightfully smooth with the ever affable RWD dynamics a plus point. I call this power-refinement-comfort combo. As such, speed just creeps up on you before you know it, the speedometer is about the only thing that tells youre doing high three digits speed.

Despite its misleading size, the car handles well in quick lane-changes, not as nimble as say a C-Class but still quite agile. It is well planted tackling sweeping bends and also very composed doing high speed highway exits. The Comfort and Sport settings of the Airmatic DC semi-active air suspension works beautifully. In C mode there are more suspension travel, hence the ride is suppler and better damped. Switching over to S mode, I could feel the steering weigh-up as well as a lowering of ride height plus the dampers becoming tauter.
In whichever drive mode, the CLS steering always feedback as noticeably more precise and sharper than the E-Class rack. Could this be the Direct Control steering in the facelift W211? Braking performance is of course no issue here - as the SBC has always been with this 4-door coupe always stable, even under hard braking.

The carpet-ride and quiet comfort is typically Benz with maybe just a tad more firmness than the E-Class. Even running on sizeable 255/40 ZR19 Continentals at all corners, the ride is still unmistakably Mercedes good for smooth and supple wafting over road surface irregularities, even over some nasty lumps and bumps.

To sum it up, the Brabus CLS B7 is a glamourised E350 in wolfs clothing. It is pretty exclusive, looks dynamic and very sporty. For those who yearns for something different - mixing the sleek silhouette of the CL or a CLK coupe plus the practicality of four doors - look no furtheronly if you have closed to a million ringgit! Then again, any potential buyer may be looking at the new S-Class at this level. One definite thing that would likely tip the balance in CLS favour would be that often heard owners statement: People always thought that I am the chauffeur whenever I drive my S-Class
Now, that wouldnt happen if you were piloting the Brabus CLS B7, would it?

A sincere word of thanks is due to Mr.Danny Dato Nordin of Naza-Brabus Prai. He has since moved on to Porsche Centre Penang, Malaysia.
